Actually, I can not believe that I have survived this week. From Brooker (though I still failed to rescue my biology…) to the knotty Nobel prize presentation, only one of them would make me crazy, not to mention both coming this week! The time I can (or must) go to bed this week ranges from four o’clock to six. I haven’t thought of this kind a week would happen to me…Fortunately, I have overcome this difficult time with my team mates. We looked for more and more papers to cover the knowledge which we haven’t heard of. It really took us such a long time to read through these papers because that most of them are in English. Even if some of them are in Chinese, we cannot understand them due to piles of proper nouns and the deficiency of background knowledge…It really frustrated us when we tried as hard as we can but in vain. However, we are just like children who should pass through a period of climbing time and then they’ll know how to walk, after we have searched for lots of information about our Nobel prize in 2005, finally we become more and more confident and we now not only conquer the knotty task, but learn a lots of tips for doing a project with the method of PBL. We now are not afraid of new words or new proper nouns.(That’s what out Biology teacher said to us. XD ) Though it’s so tired during the preparation of the presentation, now I’m sure that I have learned something from it. I believe that’s what our teacher wants us to learn:)
We’re going to have a presentation in five days, next Tuesday. Bless me:) I’m confident that we, group 5 of class B, will make a good job!!
New words I’ve learned from this time:
Knotty (adj.)
Proper noun (n.)
